Suraj Dey has been the Head of Global Covered Bond Research at JPMorgan since 2023. Under his stewardship, covered bond research at the investment bank has been completely revamped with timely, insightful, and actionable analysis on the asset class. This has led to JPMorgan’s recognition as a Top 3 research house in the sector in 2024 and 2025, according to the Institutional Investor survey. Suraj joined JPMorgan in London in 2015, focusing on International Asset-backed Securitisation Research until 2022. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology. He is also a CFA® charterholder and a certified FRM.
