After completing an apprenticeship as a banker at Sparkasse Salem-Heiligenberg, Stefan joined Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw in May 2000 in the Proprietary Investments/Treasury division. Until July 2006 he worked as a trader in the areas of foreign exchange, money market and bond trading, and from May 2006 as deputy divisional director responsible for bond trading and treasury. In November 2022, Stefan took over as Divisional Director Proprietary Investments/Treasury.
