Matthias Fischer

Matthias Fischer holds a degree in economics (University of Cologne). Matthias works as a Valuation Manager in the Real Estate Valuation Department of Association of German Pfandbrief Banks (vdp). He has been dealing with issues of real estate valuation in a national and European context since 2012 and worked for the association during this time as well as for its subsidiary HypZert between 2013 and 2018. He also focuses on the topic of green finance and the general conditions for real estate finance resulting from current and future green regulation.
