Dr. Norman Rudschuck

Dr. Norman Rudschuck is Head of Desk, Floor Research, at NORD/LB. Since 2015, he has worked as a SSA/Public Issuers for the team, focusing only on the public sector as an issuer – from municipalities to Bundeslaender and provinces, all the way through to agencies and supranationals. Since mid-2025 he is also responsible for Covered Bonds and Financials.

He has long-standing capital market experience and from 2009-2014 was responsible for macroeconomic forecasts in connection with the United Kingdom (incl. Bank of England, GILT rates and exchange rates). He has additionally been involved in gold price analyses and worked for NORD/LB in London.

Dr. Rudschuck studied Economics at Leibniz University in Hanover, where he obtained his Diploma in 2009. He also completed a doctorate in 2018 at the Institute of Risk and Insurance (IVBL; Institut für Versicherungsbetriebslehre) in parallel to his professional duties.
