Annett Wünsche

Annett Wünsche is an expert in property valuation, real estate project development and urban development. After studying at the University of Leipzig and Napier University Edinburgh, she worked for several years in urban renewal and project development. Since 2007, the industrial engineer has held various positions at the vdp, currently as Department Head Valuation. There, she is responsible for all topics related to property valuation for lending purposes in the national and international context, especially with regard to banking regulation. She regularly speaks at specialist conferences and is a member of the team of lecturers preparing for the HypZert certification examination (MLV).
